Yes Nancy-- each of those things are real kickers. The thing is that there is a possibility for some of it to be very good, but most of the time it's not, and then I worry abouot what it does to my care and my privacy. I think all of these care org had a meeting where they made up a diagnostic test of "waiting on the phone" music.
