To try to "make sense" of vitriol directed towards us when we have tried to use language to communicate our deepest vulnerabilities is a waste of energy. Cruelty has so many motivations, none of them acceptable. By putting our stuff out there, we are reminded of the consequences constantly. Some ot them come as attacks and some as passive aggressive "helpful" comments, that often anger me more than anything. There is one rule that to me, is unyeilding. DON"T FUCK WiTH KiDS!
