The Supreme Court’s Shocking Lack of Empathy
Their “interpretation” of immigration law is as murky as the filthy reflecting pool
Yesterday’s ruling in the case of Mullin v. Doe, added increasing support for the racism that is rising to the surface of our government. Everywhere you look, it is seeping into every corner.
The goal of legislative branches (national, state and local) has for some time, been to squash the voting rights of black Americans, through redistricting or the resurgence of Draconian rules.
Haitians, had been declared by this country as deserving of protection, originally as a result of extreme natural disaster are currently in the process of petitioning because of treacherous conditions that threaten their safety. They were in the legal position to have their right to remain in the country, evaluated legally.
However, the fact is that the majority of 350,000 Haitians who met the original requirements and have lived here, employed, paying taxes, raising and caring for family members for years and years, are being told that they will have to be deported before any such formal evaluation.
A “Get Out Now” mandate for accomplishing the long-held goal of “whitening” America extends to Syrians as well, and El Salvadorans are not far behind…
