Undercurrents relates to that issue as it relates to my first serious depression, But now, after 25 years of recurrent depression, I see how my life has been transformed, for the worse, but also for the better. Its also about accepting these seeming conflicts in which 2 things are true. My husband is the best person I know AND he did a really shitty thing. Then you have to live with the duality and the mixed feelings that arise. Thanks again. Martha
