Thank you so much for your kind words. They were also words of encourgement. It was hard to write this, but it kept knocking on my door. I think it's important to be honest about the residuals from long or recurrent depressions as we liven them day to day, even when we are "well." In my case I had to find ways to calm myself or get help with it from my docs-- thinking and feeling are not acting. Despression does not mean ending my life. You are right/ The day to day is hard work. but "normalizing" something so scary is to talk about it.
