Saying That Homeless Mentally Ill Sufferers Should Be Killed Is Not a Slip of the Tongue
It is impossible to “walk back” such a heinous statement.

Brian Kilmeade stated that the homeless mentally ill who do not avail themselves of assistance should be executed. It was sparked by a discussion of the treatment of the mentally ill, specifically initiated by the horrific killing of a woman by a psychotic man. Kilmeade was not a guest who went off the rails. He is an anchor on the Fox and Friends program.
He said, “There should be involuntary lethal injections or something…Just kill ’em.” Those words are worth reading again and again. Each time they should become more aversive, more frightening, more punitive, more marginalizing.
The same people who advocate the right to life at conception, could easily espouse this position. People who suffer from a severe medical illness who are homeless and uncooperative with the “help” that is offered, deserve to die.
