Lyn- I know about the self- doubt. I believe that the more you write, the more you will write. A. lot of times I carry this crappy notebook with me and if I see or hear something I jot it down If a word or phrase comes write it down. It's the opposite of saying "I going to sit down and write." Just let yourself write the first piece and maybe it will stink, but then you have something that will jettison your writing. I like it when someone gives prompts--like the worst thing that happened to me with my friends, or When I think of autumn or my wicked favorite thing I love to do with food,
